Sergals in Thekan

Thekan(セケン Seken) is a grassy plain or woods that corresponded to Talyxian-Plants located on the northeast of Tal. It is comparatively a safe place though can watch various wildlife.
Due to dry zone, it makes the "Blood-River" visible in the wet season, like the stain of the hollow by completely drying out during the dry season.
